Gdansk, Poland
Gdansk is a city in Poland on the Baltic Sea and the capital of Pomerania. World War II was ignited by a dispute over the control of the city with the death of 15 Polish soldiers. Gdansk played a vital role in the movement that ended the country's communism that was led by Lech Wałęsa. Together with Gydnia and Sopot, the form a metropolitan area called the Tricity. Weather changes drastically on seasons, whereas spring/summer are pleasant with plenty of sunshine, fall/winter are blasted with cold wind and foggy sky.
